Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You may use High Play only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, or have permission from a parent or guardian where that is required.
Content licence
High Play gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content made available through your account for private viewing. The content and service remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Prohibited use
Do not copy, record, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, use another person's account without permission, or use High Play unlawfully.
Coins, Bonus, and VIP access
Coins, Bonus, and VIP access are digital service entitlements, not cash or stored value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money. Product details shown at purchase describe the one-time USD entitlement you receive.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue content or parts of High Play when needed for operations, security, rights management, or other service reasons. Availability can vary by location, device, and network conditions.
Termination and liability
We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe these terms or service security are at risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, High Play is provided without warranties not stated in these terms and our liability is limited to the extent allowed by that law.
Governing law
